Terms of use
Last updated 19 August 2026
These are the terms for using enzyme.ink. They are deliberately short. Using the site means you accept them.
Who can use Enzyme
Anyone can use the free practice. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should know you are here and should be the one to book and pay for tutoring sessions.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and give us a real email address so we can reach you about a session. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to harass someone, to cheat the points system, or to break these terms.
Tutoring sessions
Booking a session is a request, not a confirmed booking, until a tutor confirms the time. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in Canadian dollars. If you need to cancel or move a session, tell us as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.
The practice content
The questions, explanations and crash courses on Enzyme are ours. You are welcome to use them to study, to print for your own use, and to work through with a tutor or a parent. Please do not republish them, sell them, or feed them into another product.
Enzyme is aligned to the Alberta Programs of Study, but it is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Alberta Education.
Work you submit
Written work you upload for review stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the tutor reviewing it, and nothing more.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work hard to keep the content correct and check it carefully, and we fix mistakes quickly when they are found. Even so, Enzyme is a study aid: it does not guarantee a grade, and it is not a substitute for your school's course. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will look at it.
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
